There are a lot of people in Morristown who don't like the red light cameras. And that sentiment is shared by many people across the state.
An attorney in Clarksville claims that the cameras are "private investigators" for the company (Redflex) that operates them. The attorney represents several clients, all of whom have been "pictured" running red lights. Now, the attorney may file a motion with the court asking that all of the city's "evidence" (pictures) be thrown out of court because the cameras do not have a private investigator's license!
