This picture of Commission Chair Stancil Ford talking to Commissioner Larry Baker was taken at yesterday's Hamblen County Commission meeting where the tax rate and budget for 2010-2011 was approved. Right after the meeting concluded, Stancil Ford was helped out of the building and reportedly taken to M-H Hospital. [Several officials reported that Stancil had been in the Emergency Room earlier yesterday but had insisted on leaving the hospital so he could attend the county's brief budget meeting at 5:00 PM.
