There is a lot of head shaking going on in Nashville and across Tennessee as State Sen. Jim Summerville's email to a fellow legislator hits the fan.
Summerville's emailed comments to Rep. Barbara Cooper with an invitation that the email be shared resulted in Summerville's removal as chairman of the State Senate's Subcommittee on Higher Education.
